Hey there! I wanted to share with you all about the loveliest family session with the Baker family, who I photographed last fall at Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. I have photographed them before, and they are truly one of the most genuine, kind familes you'll ever meet! I was thrilled that they were up for an early, sunrise session as the light is just breathtaking as you'll see in the photos below.
Ponte Vedra Beach truly has a way of showing off it's beauty to those who are willing to wake up early to see it. Every sunrise is a little different too, so you never know what you will get! This morning in particular was super pretty with some amazing golden, pink hues.
Sunrise at the beach is my favorite time to shoot as the sun rises behind the water while in the evening it sets behind the road. I know it is a hard ask for a family to wake up early for a photo session, but it is so worth it! Just promise the kids a donut run afterwards, and they will be happy to comply! Plus dads always enjoy getting the session out of the way and being able to enjoy the rest of the day, in my experience.
